  • Special promotional packages and discounted bundles may have different eligibility terms
  • One-on-one coaching sessions already completed are non-refundable but unused sessions qualify for refunds

Partial refunds may be available for students who have completed significant portions of their program but face unexpected circumstances. We calculate these on a case-by-case basis, considering content accessed, time enrolled, and individual situation details.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain services and products are non-refundable due to their nature or the resources required to provide them. Completed one-on-one coaching sessions, downloaded materials, and certificates earned cannot be refunded, though we understand this might seem limiting.

Physical materials shipped to your address, custom meditation recordings created specifically for you, and access to exclusive live sessions that have already occurred are also non-refundable. However, we'll work with you to find alternative solutions, such as transferring credits to future programs or offering substitute services of equal value.
