We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and our programs might not align with your current needs. Refunds are available under specific conditions to ensure fairness for all our students while maintaining the quality of our inner calm practice programs.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or enrollment date
• You must have completed less than 25% of the program content at the time of your refund request
• Valid reasons include technical issues preventing access, medical emergencies, or significant life changes
• Requests must include your original payment receipt and a brief explanation of your situation
• Special promotional packages and discounted bundles may have different eligibility terms
• One-on-one coaching sessions already completed are non-refundable but unused sessions qualify for refunds

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Most refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive all required information.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Different payment methods have varying processing times for refunds. We work with all major payment processors to ensure your refund reaches you as quickly as possible, though some delays may occur due to banking procedures beyond our control.

Credit and debit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement. Bank transfers and UPI payments usually process within 3-5 business days. Digital wallets like PayTM or Google Pay often show refunds within 1-3 business days. International payments may take up to 10-15 business days depending on your country's banking system.

If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank first, as they sometimes hold funds for additional verification. We're always here to provide transaction details or proof of refund processing if needed by your financial institution.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and we try to be flexible when genuine hardships arise. Medical emergencies, family crises, or job loss may qualify for exceptions to our standard refund timeline, even if you've accessed more than 25% of the content.

Students experiencing technical difficulties that prevent program access will receive full support to resolve issues. If we cannot solve technical problems within 5 business days, you're eligible for a complete refund regardless of content completion percentage.

Partial refunds may be available for students who have completed significant portions of their program but face unexpected circumstances. We calculate these on a case-by-case basis, considering content accessed, time enrolled, and individual situation details.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain services and products are non-refundable due to their nature or the resources required to provide them. Completed one-on-one coaching sessions, downloaded materials, and certificates earned cannot be refunded, though we understand this might seem limiting.

Physical materials shipped to your address, custom meditation recordings created specifically for you, and access to exclusive live sessions that have already occurred are also non-refundable. However, we'll work with you to find alternative solutions, such as transferring credits to future programs or offering substitute services of equal value.
